1. Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver to all major cities and remote areas across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
International shipping is not available at the moment.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple payment methods including Cash on Delivery and online payment options (where available).

3. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days for major cities.
Remote areas may take extra time depending on courier availability.
4. How long do you take to process orders?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Weekend or public holiday orders are processed the next business day.
5. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders above PKR 4,000 qualify for free shipping.
Orders below this amount will have a standard delivery fee.
6. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, once your order is shipped, we send a tracking link via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery.
Returns & Refunds FAQs
7. What is your return/exchange policy?
You can request a return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery.
An unboxing video is required, and the product must be in its original packaging and unused.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
8. How do refunds work?
After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued through your original payment method.
Refund processing usually takes 3–5 working days after approval.
